To Provide Services: Facilitate cart rentals, process payments, manage user accounts, and ensure the functionality of our website and app.

Messaging Provider: One-time passwords (OTPs) are transmitted by our secure provider, ClickSend Pty Ltd, which acts as our data processor. ClickSend processes this data under the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum to ensure adequate protection when data is processed outside the EU or UK.

Legal Requirements: Law Enforcement, Asset Protection & Recovery
We may disclose personal information to law enforcement agencies, regulators, insurers, venue operators, or professional recovery and legal advisers where we reasonably believe such disclosure is necessary to:

  • investigate or respond to unlawful or unauthorised activity, including the unauthorised removal of Company property;
